4. Nature of the Service (Important)
SafeTo.Travel provides informational travel intelligence only.

5. Accuracy and Limitations
Travel conditions are dynamic and may change at short notice.

6. Purchases, Payments, and Access
6.1 Pay-Per-Report Purchase Options
SafeTo.Travel sells digital travel intelligence reports on a one-time, per-report basis.
Reports may be purchased individually or as part of a multi-report package, which may include:
- access to one (1) report;
- access to three (3) reports; or
- access to nine (9) reports.
Each report accessed or generated under a multi-report package counts as one report and is deducted from the available report balance associated with your purchase.
Access is granted only to the specific reports you choose to generate and does not include access to any other reports, locations, or content unless separately purchased.
Unused report credits are non-transferable.
6.2 Access Enablement
After successful payment:
- access to the purchased report(s) is enabled within your account;
- reports may be viewed in the application;
- where available, reports may be downloaded to your device for offline viewing.
There is no physical or electronic delivery.
Access is considered enabled once the report becomes available in the application.
6.3 Payments and Pricing
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment platforms.
Prices for reports are set by SafeTo.Travel but may be displayed and charged in the user's local currency, and may include applicable taxes, as determined by the payment platform.
The final price displayed at the time of purchase is the amount charged to the user's payment method.
7. Refund Policy (Final)
No Refunds After Report Generation
All purchases are final. No refunds are available once a report has been generated and access has been enabled.
This applies regardless of whether the report is viewed, downloaded, or used.
